- What’s holding female talent back in MENA ? is mirrored by a BCG Perspectives article on Shattering the glass ceiling, an approach to have more females in senior leadership roles, although this one is not focused on the Middle East.
- And here are 12 questions to HR before accepting a job in the Gulf.
- Morocco is working on a much needed pension reform. The article describes some of the potential solutions that the government is considering to discuss with its social partners.
- And in Turkey, it seems the government is making pensions less expensive by cutting fees.
