2011 has seen the launch of Compensation Insider. Since the end of August, I have written over 55 articles on different Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, International Mobility and Governance topics.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank my readers for their words of encouragement and some great quality comments. I feel honoured to have received such support and hope to see even more interaction with the HR and C&B community next year.
And now it’s time for me to enjoy a bit of relaxation over the Christmas period. I will come back early January with my usual 3 posts per week. As per my editorial calendar, I will continue to post “technical” skills tips every other Sunday, to answer Reader Questions every other Tuesday, to post on the Career Corner once a month on Thursdays and Share the Knowledge of the best of the web regarding my topics every month. The rest of the time, as currently, will be used posting on many different C&B topics, reacting to some of my reading, and hopefully educating and entertaining you at the same time.
I wish you all a Merry Christmas, great times with your loved ones over the holiday season, and lots of growth in 2012. I’ll meet you here in January 🙂 !
