Compensation Insider – what’s new ?

Hello everyone ! It’s been a very long time since I last published a post. My offense has been, not a lack in ideas to share with you, but rather a lack in time :

• I’ve been juggling 2 major clients at the same time, and to make things more complicated, one is in Europe, and the other one is in Abu Dhabi.
• I’ve continued to deliver my own trainings, and have been appointed as the trainer for CIPD Middle East on all topics related to Rewards as well.

• I’ve also had a few health issues lately, which has reduced my energy. All is back to normal now, so I’m grateful – and trying to catch up 🙂

As I’m about to enter my 6th year as an entrepreneur and independent consultant and trainer (time flies !), I’ve been thinking about creating a Rewards-based online group.

I know, I know – there are a lot of those already – just go check on LinkedIn : 609 Rewards Groups as of this writing !

But…. (of course, there is a “but” !), when I started talking about my idea in the last few months, I received a super enthusiastic response.

You see, my idea is to create a group for women who work in Total Rewards (in corporate, as consultants or providers) or who work in HR and have an interest in Compensation & Benefits.

As I started talking about this around mid-2017, I’ve since then even had some ladies come back to me and asking : “So Sandrine, where are you standing with the Group ? Don’t forget me, I want to be in !”. Now, that tells me there is true potential 🙂

So, I’ve finally decided to grab the bull by the horns !
