Happy Holidays and see you in 2013 !

2012 was a great year for Compensation Insider.

I posted 3 times a week as planned and readership grew through the year, beyond the goals I’d set for myself at the beginning of the year.

Thanks to you my readers and this increased visibility, I was approached to become a media partner at conferences in the GCC and/or a speaker at these events. Some of my articles were distributed to newsletters as far as South Africa and I participated to a few HR Carnivals. Some of my best posts were inspired by questions from my subscribers. Recently I met another HR blogger for the first time – Jon Ingham was kind enough to share advice with me the rookie blogger :-).

And now it is time for a bit of well-deserved rest over the Holiday Season… I will be back at the beginning of 2013.

In the mean time, I wish you all a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year, and hopefully you will get many presents ! See you next year !
