Final considerations

My friend Beth is the HR Director for CCAD and she asked me to post this job to help her find the right candidate. In her own words:

“In short, I need a person who has good analytical skills, is collaborative and will work as a partner to others in the organization; understands C&B and can step into a team with 8 direct reports”

Beth is a very knowledgeable HR professional with a friendly personality. She is open to suggestion and understands the industry as well as the requirements of working for a joint-venture. I am sure the person who gets the job will appreciate the experience of interacting with her.
